Employees of your retail chain refuse to sell alcohol to Polish people who use Polish Identity Card as a means of identification. I would like to make you aware of the fact that such an activity poses a breach of British and European legal regulations alike. Polish Identity Card complies with all formal and legal conditions. With respect to the arguments stated above, I expect that the staff employed in your stores will undergo the necessary training aimed at recognizing polish Identity Cards, which will be from now on treated on a par with British IDs.
